Good morning all! Well it's 6:00 am your time and noon Amsterdam time. We are half way there, how hard is that to believe. What a night it was last night. We were on a huge plane and of course near the back in the middle section. So no real good place to rest your head to sleep. There was a computer glitch which interrupted the movie system on and off again all night. They actually had a lot of movies to choose from, which would have been nice. We are sitting in the NWA World Club lounge right now, which is a better place to be that out amongst the people. This airport is really busy and there are people everywhere. We have a nice quiet place to be on the computer and take a nap. We did have to pay 16 euros for internet access, I need Vince to help me figure out how much that really is going to cost me. Had to pay by credit card so I didn't get to use the euro's Sheila gave me for Christmas. As I'm typing this I'm looking out the windows with hopes to see some beautiful snow or mountains, not today it is really foggy. Well we just wanted to let you know we have made it half way there and in Wayne's words "There's no turning back now". Don't expect a post for a few days, it will take that long to get internet access and to figure it out. By the time I get to post again it will be after we have met our little guy so it should be a good one. Please continue to pray for us, we know that this whole journey has been a gift from God and he will lead to the child that is meant to be for us!!

Glad the trip is going well. You haven't missed anything in the fog. Amsterdam is flat and wet. Kinda like......the bottoms where your from. That should make you feel better...well maybe not. You can say you were within minutes from the "blue light" district. The Amsterdam airport is the best foriegn airport I've been through. Stay away from connections through Paris. Good luck the rest of the trip. I was wondering how Wayne was doing after 9 hours on a plane. The fact that you didn't say much about him is a good thing. Wayne, hang in there. We'll be thinking of you.
Just multiply 1.4 to the amount you spend in Euros. If you spent 14 Euros, it cost you about $10.
Remember in Kazakhstan divide 122 by what you are buying to get $. Beer is a good standard to use when traveling even if you aren't buying one rather than Coke because Beer ususally cost about a US dollar (ballpark figure) in any store in the world. So if a beer is more than 122 Tengues, then you're in an expensive place. You can also use that as a guide for everything. If a coke is more than 250 Tengues, then it's probably too expensive unless your really want a coke badly. So happy everything is going great! This blog site was a great idea. Merry Christmas. V
